06.00 am. Play Yoga for concentration
08.00 am. Have breakfast
09.00 am. listening to the radio
10.00 am listening to the Dhamma music
11.30 am. Have lunch
12.00 am. Relax
13.30 am. Make concentration by standing walking sitting and answer the question.
16.00 am. Drink the refreshments.
18.00 am. Pray
19.00 am. listen to lectures.
21.00 am. Sleep with conscious.
