Luang Pu Pian Viriyo, Vipassana monk (Enlightenment errand), aranyawasi (forest dweller), former abbot of Wat Pa Nong Kong, antaywaasik (disciple) of luangta maha Bua Yannasamphanno. He was a noble disciple who always praised patience. He was unambitious, reclusive, persistently strong in Tudong observances (ascetic practices). He had been praised by luangta maha Bua; his teacher that he had neat observances, serious practice, unspotted. Luangta guaranteed that he was out of passion absolutely. Elemental body became relics since he was not dead. His bone has transformed into relics at a later time.
